Immediate Assurance: When you initiate a data deletion request, we completely purge your phone number, message history, inquiry submissions, and any associated identifier from our active production systems within 48 to 72 business hours.
Method 1: Direct Email Request (Recommended)
You can send an email directly to our Data Protection Desk:
- Send an email to: contact@mayasannidhi.info
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Phone Number or Name]"
- In the email body, please specify:
- Your full name
- Your WhatsApp phone number (with country code, e.g., +91...) used to interact with Theertha AI or Aami AI Info
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account and conversational data.
- Our technical grievance team will acknowledge your request with a unique tracking confirmation ticket within 24 hours. Upon completion, you will receive a formal confirmation email confirming the complete purge of your data.
Method 2: In-Chat Automated Deletion Request via WhatsApp
When interacting with our conversational WhatsApp platform (Aami AI Info or Theertha AI):
- Open your WhatsApp conversation thread with our official number.
- Type and send the exact command:
DELETE MY DATAorDATA PURGE. - Our automated platform will present a confirmation prompt asking you to verify your decision.
- Once confirmed, your user profile and conversation logs will be instantly marked for purge and permanently removed from our active database.
Method 3: Written Physical Mail

Facebook / Meta App User Deletion Callback
If you logged in through a Facebook or Meta application integration, Meta provides an automated User Data Deletion Callback. In compliance with Meta Developer rules:
- You may navigate to your Facebook profile Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Locate our app (Mayasannidhi / Theertha AI / Aami AI) and click Remove.
- Click on the View Removed Apps and Websites tab and click Send Request next to our application to trigger an automated deletion confirmation code.
What Data is Purged?
Upon receipt and verification of a deletion request, the following records are permanently deleted:
- Registered WhatsApp phone number and profile identifiers
- Full historical conversational queries and search history
- Contact form submissions (email, name, notes)
- Any IP or browser fingerprint linked to your session
Note: Minimal transaction receipts or statutory records strictly required for audit compliance under Indian company law (Section 8 Non-Profit regulations) will be archived in secured, isolated offline ledgers for the legally mandated period.
