- Aami AI Info Utility: A lightweight, automated WhatsApp-based commercial discovery engine connecting residents and tourists in Kerala with local services, trades, retail vendors, and emergency utility numbers.
- Research Publications: Digital and print archives documenting sacred geography and temple traditions for research scholars and devotees.
3. Availability & Third-Party Infrastructure
While our conversational infrastructure is architected for continuous 24/7 availability, service delivery depends on third-party cloud hosts, telecommunication backbones, and the Meta / WhatsApp Business Cloud API. The Foundation is not liable for temporary service interruptions stemming from scheduled server maintenance, telecommunication failures, or upstream API adjustments implemented by Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. User Responsibilities & Fair Usage
To preserve high service reliability for all community members, users must adhere to fair usage practices:
- Users must refrain from sending automated spam, denial-of-service queries, or repetitive programmatic loops into conversational endpoints.
- Users interacting with service providers discovered via Aami AI Info must maintain professional and lawful conduct.
- Any suspicious or abusive activities will result in an immediate temporary or permanent block of access without notice.
5. Independent Vendor Relationships

Mayasannidhi Foundation does not broker contracts, handle consumer payments, collect commissions, or supervise the workmanship of independent tradespeople listed in the directory.
